These sturdy, silver, double thick round boards are ideal for holding a cake of any depth.

This boards measure approximately 0.5 inches thick and are commonly referred to as drum boards.

They are a more heavy duty board than regular 3mm or 4mm thick ones, and are designed to be able to carry heavier cakes, such as  multi-tiered cakes & wedding cakes.

(Drum boards that are two inches bigger than the largest tier are generally used. For example, if you are baking a 12 inch cake, you will need a 14 inch drum board.)
